ZAPPOS CAR WRAP

THE BRIEF: Zappos needed visually engaging designs for its new hybrid car fleet that reflected the brand’s identity and highlighted the eco-friendly nature of the vehicles. The goal was to create a striking, cohesive look that communicated sustainability while standing out on the road.



THE SOLUTION: I designed full-vehicle wraps that combined eye-catching visuals with clear brand messaging. The designs balanced creativity and practicality, effectively conveying Zappos’ identity and commitment to sustainable transportation.

BUSINESS CARDS
THE BRIEF: Zappos encouraged experimentation beyond traditional job roles, sparking projects that pushed creativity into new areas. One challenge was to rethink business cards in a way that reflected the company’s fun, people-first culture while also exploring tech-forward possibilities.


THE SOLUTION: I developed two creative concepts. The first was a sleeve-style card that allowed employees to swap in photos or personal messages, making each card an extension of individual personality and Zappos culture. The second incorporated a USB element that could hold portfolios, videos, or other digital content, blending practicality with innovation. Both concepts highlighted Zappos’ culture of creativity and its willingness to playfully rethink even the simplest touchpoints.

SMILEZ



THE BRIEF: We created a team at Zappos called SMILEZ, dedicated to bringing joy to employees while also making a difference in the community. To bring the program to life, we needed a bright, recognizable identity that could carry across events, internal communications, and merchandise.

THE SOLUTION: I designed a cheerful, emoji-inspired logo anchored in bright yellow to symbolize positivity and fun. The identity extended across fliers, internal advertisements, photo backdrops, t-shirts, and event merchandise. Together, the visuals helped establish SMILEZ as a vibrant part of the Zappos culture, reinforcing our mission to spread smiles both inside and outside the company.

CUSTOM EMOJIS
THE BRIEF: As Zappos expanded its presence on social platforms, the brand needed fun, recognizable visuals to extend its identity into emoji form. The challenge was to create icons that would feel at home in digital conversations while staying true to the Zappos look and voice.

THE SOLUTION: I designed custom emojis featuring the iconic Zappos box and a collection of shoes to playfully reinforce the brand’s core product offering. These designs were optimized for social platforms, giving employees and customers fresh, brand-relevant ways to engage with Zappos in digital spaces.
