
THE BRIEF: Arnold Worldwide needed a creative tool to educate new recruits about the company’s departments and operational procedures. The goal was to make onboarding engaging, informative, and memorable while helping employees understand the organizational framework.




THE SOLUTION: I designed and constructed a board game that turned learning into an interactive experience. The game simplified complex processes and policies, making onboarding fun and effective while giving new hires a deeper understanding of the company’s operations.
